How to manage the external references?

1. The external reference is that when A drawing is opened, B drawing is also needed to be displayed together. So that, B drawing is called as an external reference.
2. Open a drawing, and click external reference manager from VIP function.
3. Load all external references (loaded ignore), bind them and save.

Attention: If there is an external reference, you can bind it to your drawing. If not, there is no possibility to create one.
