How to export CAD files to PDF together with comments?

1. Click on [VIP], and select [Export PDF] to export the drawing and comments to PDF

2. Specify the paper size in the Export PDF settings

3. (i) Switch between horizontal and vertical view in Orientation Settings

    (ii) Export drawing in Black/White or in Color using the Export Color Setting

    (iii) Export drawing with line weight included by enabling the line weight option

4. If you need to export a certain part of the drawing, click on the [Select Export Area] function and drag-select the preferred area in the drawing.

5. Once all the settings are done, click on [Export] and select the save file destination to export the drawing with comments.

*make sure that the “include comments” option is ticked
